Dye Sublimation Ink for Silk Screen Printing (ZHONGLIQI)
For our sublimation screen ink could be used on all kinds of screen press. Because it belongs to gas shading, so first print image
on paper, second put the paper on fabric, and then press the paper with transfer machine. Under the temperature about 190°C-220°C,
transfer time 10-30 seconds, the ink on paper will become gas and go into fabric. So the image will be from paper to fabric.
Use Scope
It applies to all kinds of screen printing machine.
Suitable Fabrics
Polyester fabric, Triacetate fabric, Nylon fabric, Acrylic fabric, Polypropylene nitrile.

Use Method of Dye Sublimation Ink for Silk Screen Printing
In normal condition, use the ink on screen printer directly. The chemical for normal screen printing can be available to
adjust the ink attribution. First print image on paper by screen printer, then transfer the image from paper to fabric or
other materials by heat transfer press.

80-120g wood pulp paper or kraft paper.

About 185~220°C

About 10~30 seconds

Since sublimation ink belongs to gas shading, then the colour showing on paper and the colour showing on fabric are different.
So when we make PS-plate, the CMYK ratio is different from normal offset plate making.
